Your local INCCA coordinator can help you entering records by giving advice and even working through a record with you;  either in person or via the telephone. INCCA database workshops are given on a regular basis in Amsterdam by the INCCA Central Coordinator. On occasion, database workshops are also given in other regions/countries. Dates are published in the news section and sent out via the INCCA Updates.

 

Some more tips:

  • Before entering a record, read the Guidelines in the left hand menu box Record Delivery.
  • If you go to My Records you will see six records (in green) at the top of your list. The records are there as good examples of completed records.
  • When entering a record, you will see an information symbol info_symbol next to each field. Click on this symbol and information on what to fill in that field will appear. Click on the symbol again to make the information disappear.
